تُعد نقابة المدربين العراقيين مؤسسة مهنية ومعرفية وهندسية رائدة في العراق، أُنشئت لتكون المظلة الرسمية للعاملين في مجالات التدريب والتطوير وبناء القدرات.
تأسست النقابة استنادًا إلى قانون العمل العراقي رقم 37 لسنة 2015 وقانون الحريات النقابية وحماية التنظيم النقابي رقم 87 لسنة 2017، وبموجب كتاب وزارة العمل والشؤون الاجتماعية ذي العدد 12395 في 2025/7/9، وكتاب الاتحاد العراقي لنقابات العمال ذي العدد 679 في 2025/7/10.
وتسعى النقابة إلى تطوير التدريب المهني والأكاديمي والهندسي، ودعم المدربين والمتخصصين، ونشر المعرفة من خلال البحوث والدراسات وإصدار المجلات العلمية المحكمة، بما يعزز تنمية الموارد البشرية وخدمة المجتمع، ويدعم بناء بيئة علمية رصينة قابلة للفهرسة والاعتماد في قواعد البيانات الأكاديمية العالمية مستقبلًا.
About Us
The Iraqi Trainers Union is a leading professional, knowledge-based, and engineering-oriented institution in Iraq, established as the official umbrella for professionals working in training, development, and capacity building.
The Union was established pursuant to the Iraqi Labor Law No. 37 of 2015 and the Law on Trade Union Freedoms and Protection of Trade Union Organization No. 87 of 2017, based on the letter of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs No. 12395 dated July 9, 2025, and the letter of the Iraqi Federation of Trade Unions No. 679 dated July 10, 2025.
The Union aims to advance professional, academic, and engineering training, support trainers and specialists, and promote knowledge through research, studies, and the issuance of peer-reviewed scientific journals, contributing to human resource development and community service while supporting a rigorous scholarly publishing environment suitable for future indexing in international academic databases.
